American Elle is published in the USA. Roberta Myers is the Editor-In-Chief and Guillaume Bruneau is the Creative Director. Gilles Bensimon, who has also photographed almost every cover and inside every single issue since Elle's beginning is now the Publication Director. It is the single most racially diverse fashion magazine on the American market. American Elle began publishing regularly with the September 1985 issue.
